Are you passionate about making a difference in education? Join our team as a Social Services Specialist where you will play a crucial role in driving initiatives in the allocated zones and clusters, particularly within Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Zone & Cluster Operations: Plan, set, and execute operational activities in designated zones and clusters, ensuring smooth and effective implementation of projects.
- Partnership Development: Initiate and establish new partnerships with Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools within the allotted clusters.
- Donor Engagement: Identify and engage with corporate and individual donors to support our educational initiatives.
- Mentor Training: Plan and facilitate periodic "Train the Mentor" sessions to develop a strong team of mentors within the zone.
- Project Reporting: Provide daily and regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Content & Coordination Support: Assist the HO team in content development and other project-related coordination tasks.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, particularly with teachers and Headmasters (HMs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data updates in the CRM tool to maintain high data quality standards.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Kannada (Read/Write/Speak) is essential for effective communication within the region.
