The candidate’s key responsibilities include:

• Stay updated on current trends and discover content ideas that resonate with our audience while reflecting on the Foundation's work.
• Schedule, create, and post engaging content across our social media channels, using creative and strategic approaches to enhance outreach and visibility, ensuring our message reaches a broader audience.
• Maintain and enhance the decades-long legacy of Rajasthan Patrika by creating a robust social media presence for the Patrika Foundation that aligns with our brand values and mission.
• Create captivating stories and posts that capture attention, drive interaction, and spread awareness about our initiatives.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages, building strong relationships with followers, and fostering a supportive online environment.
• Track performance metrics to understand the impact of our social media efforts and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Handle additional tasks as needed, including project management, recruitment, and logistics to support the Foundation's overall objectives.

Required Qualifications, skills and abilities:

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Strong Communication skills, content strategy and writing skills.
• Experience in creating effective social media campaigns. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Must have experience in Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and WhatsApp.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Committed and driven to advance the Foundation’s mission, with a focus on delivering long-term, meaningful impact.

Compensation Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels.
