Position Overview
Are you passionate about public policy and social development? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your research can make a real impact? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will develop leadership programs for young changemakers, volunteers, and working professionals, fostering socially conscious careers. Your focus will be on public policy and social development themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership programs for young changemakers, volunteers, and working professionals.
- Conduct both secondary and primary research on various public policy and social development themes. Analyze data and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Write articles and publish long-form reports based on your research findings.
- Work closely with domain experts, academicians, and universities to enhance program content and research quality. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of leadership programs.
