š We are on the lookout for a Senior Research Associate to work with us on our labor track!
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the digital economy and labor market, and will be able to lead and support research on key topics, conduct socio-economic and legal analysis, as well as actively participate in national and global policy discussions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in law, development studies, public policy, economics, gender studies, political economy studies, or related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in research
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to track emerging policy initiatives and respond effectively
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods, empirical data collection, and analysis
- Capacity to prepare practice and advocacy-oriented knowledge outputs
- Experience in digital technologies, social justice, and economic rights
- Strong people skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
