PATH India is seeking a motivated and analytically skilled Senior Program Associate to join our Digital Health team. This role focuses on leveraging AI to enhance public health outcomes across South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. You will collaborate with the Emerging Tech team to drive impactful AI-driven health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Collaborate on AI-driven public health projects, ensuring alignment with PATH’s strategic goals.
- Technical Assistance: Provide support during program development and implementation, focusing on AI for health solutions.
- Research and Documentation: Conduct literature reviews, create knowledge products, and disseminate PATH’s work through various platforms.
- Activity Execution: Track program progress, ensure timely completion of milestones, and coordinate with state program teams and stakeholders.
- Training and Capacity Building: Support training and capacity-building activities for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Document program activities, field observations, and create presentations for updates and meetings.
- Travel: Travel as needed for program implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Education and Required Skills
- Educational Background: BTech strongly preferred. A Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: 3-4 years in digital health, consulting, public sector, or development sector. Experience with AI in health solutions is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management, partner engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Research and Documentation: Demonstrated experience in research, documentation, and knowledge dissemination.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with senior staff, donors, and partners in a complex environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English required; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
