Sr. Manager, Operations
Do you have a passion for social impact and a proven track record in leading successful operations?
Sshrishti Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Operations to oversee our diverse education and skill development programs. This crucial role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in ensuring the efficient, effective, and sustainable growth of our programs.
What you'll do:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all education and skill development programs.
- Strategic Direction: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our mission and goals.
- Project Management: Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of program managers and coordinators.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to your team.
- Program Development & Evaluation: Collaborate with program teams to design, plan, and execute new initiatives.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure they achieve the desired impact and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and community leaders.
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress for the executive team and board of directors. Represent Sshrishti Trust at events, meetings, and conferences.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Monitor expenses and maintain financial accountability and transparency.
Who you are:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in education, skill development, or a similar field.
- Experience working effectively with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and a drive to find innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of approximately 10 lakhs per annum.
