Qualifications
- Must be a Post-Graduate,
- Preferably an MBA with 5-7 years of experience in Hardcore Fund-raising Client Acquisition/Client Servicing/Business Development/B2B Sales.
- Having strong communication skills along with an ability to take initiatives and a drive to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Establishing connects with corporates in your location to identify opportunities to partner with ANUDIP for its objectives and activities.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to ANUDIP by working closely with them to meet the org agenda.
- Managing the relationship with our clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for ANUDIP through Engagement opportunities
- Carrying out research work on the corporate segment in the region in order to create a pipeline for reach outs
- Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.
- Managing the portfolio of clients to convert on income & maintain relationships, with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts.
- Utilize various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping the objective of fundraising in mind.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate donations and partnerships.
- Customize partnership packages to align with corporate donors’ CSR objectives and Anudip’s mission.
- Includes travel to locations in India for new / existing donor meetings and employee engagement events.
