Role Description
This full-time onsite role involves managing critical HR and Operations functions, including performance management, HR policy administration, recruitment, project management, and event organization.
Responsibilities
- Field Planning and Logistics:
- Plan and manage logistics for field researchers.
- Recruitment:
- Oversee the application process: checking applications, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, HR, and vendor-client contracts, including payments, renewals, and amendments.
- Administrative and Operational Management:
- Handle various administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
- Only candidates from Delhi - NCR will be considered.
- Experience of 4-5 years in the development sector is a must, as well as knowledge about M&E and the development sector.
- Experience handling employee relations issues, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy administration
- Experience working across a variety of organizational functional areas such as finance, administration and operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
