About the job Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Grant Management:
- Lead the end-to-end management of grants, including budget planning, tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to donor requirements.
- Work with the finance team to monitor expenditures, forecasts, and grant disbursements.
- Prepare and submit timely financial and programmatic reports to donors.
- Financial Oversight:
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring alignment with grant conditions and overall financial health of projects.
- Coordinate with the finance department to review and validate program-related expenditures.
- Provide strategic insights on financial management and support fundraising efforts through budget proposals and financial planning.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of project/program, ensuring timely delivery and meeting of project milestones.
- Work closely with the program and field teams to track progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
- Ensure that programs align with donor expectations and Khushi Baby’s mission to deliver impactful, last-mile public health solutions.
- Donor and Partner Coordination:
- Liaise with relevant donors and partners ( to communicate program progress and financial updates.
- Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and adherence to grant conditions.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team to assess program impact and performance.
- Support the integration of data-driven insights into program management and reporting.
- Collaboration Administrative and HR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in grant management, financial oversight, and program management, preferably in the public health or nonprofit sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-donor projects and budgets.
- Strong understanding of donor compliance, reporting, and financial management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital health or public health programs is an advantage.
