Position Overview:
This role is for those who thrive in action, love getting things done, and want to make a real impact. As Senior Associate, Operations, you’ll manage everything from emails and venues to strategic partnerships. We need a doer, someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, ready to tackle both the nitty-gritty and the big-picture work. Not a regular 9-5 job, but if you’re looking for a career with purpose, where operations meet strategy, we are looking for you!
What you’ll do:
- All forms of Operations Management: Juggle digital operations (email coordination, project management), physical hustling (venues, vendors), strategic directions (planning, partnerships) and all things that require action.
- Getting things done with cross-department collaborations and project management, while building structured processes to develop and manage impactful programmes.
- Develop, Manage, and Improve partnerships: Spot potential partners, understand organizational and sector needs, and drive negotiations. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to finalize win-win agreements.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, drive perfection, and structure.
