Location
The candidate will be required to work from our Gurugram office on a hybrid basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a committed and driven individual to lead our community development and engagement efforts, and undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Collaboration: Partner with organizations to develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies focusing on stakeholder relations, fundraising initiatives, and thought leadership.
● Communication & Outreach: Craft and disseminate targeted communication materials to various audiences, ensuring alignment with our engagement strategies.
● Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant news, updates, and opportunities that impact our stakeholder groups and inform our strategies.
● Representation: Act as a representative for MASH and its partners at meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
● Documentation & Reporting: Contribute to the creation of detailed project reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
● Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of our community development and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Experience Required: 2+ years of full-time work experience
● Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with prominent community organizations and associations such as the World Economic Forum, CII, TiE, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Global Shapers, UNLEASH, etc.
● Strategic Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in content research, strategy development, and engagement tactics.
● Event Management Experience: Previous involvement in designing and managing events, including conferences and roundtable discussions.
● Professional Engagement: Active participation on community platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
● Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
