Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Advocacy Manager to lead our advocacy initiatives, raise awareness, and secure funding for programs benefiting PwDs. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, CSR partnerships, and program management, with a target of raising INR 10 CR annually through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advocacy:
   • Develop and execute advocacy strategies to promote Sarthak’s mission.
   • Raise awareness about the organization's impactful programs across various platforms.
2. Partnership Development:
   • Build relationships with corporates, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
   • Secure funding and foster long-term partnerships.
3. CSR Engagement:
   • Identify CSR opportunities and align them with organizational objectives.
   • Mobilize resources for high-impact initiatives.
4. Program Management:
   • Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
   • Ensure alignment with advocacy goals and donor expectations.
5. Communication & Reporting:
   • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports showcasing program impacts.
   • Highlight opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Fundraising Initiatives:
   • Design and implement innovative fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
7. Capacity Building:
   • Mentor junior team members to enhance organizational advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in advocacy, fundraising, or donor management in the development sector.
• Proven success in raising substantial funds through CSR and donor partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
