This role gives you a a chance to work at one of our Azim Premji Schools. Our schools are an integral part of our vision to improve K-12 education and work towards providing quality education with an emphasis on instilling constitutional values through teaching-learning practices both within and beyond the classroom. Our schools are located in in districts in four states – Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Karnataka.
The Focus of this Role will be
- Facilitate learning for children from diverse backgrounds, interests and abilities through participative classroom processes
- Encourage active discovery and independent learning
- Develop curriculum and content based on the context of the children
- Develop curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
- Engage with community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
Eligibility
- For pre-primary: 12th graduation along with NTT or equivalent teacher training course
- For Primary: Graduation along with D.Ed/B.Ed
- For Higher Secondary teachers: Master’s degree in English/Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Political Science along with B.Ed
- A minimum of two years’ teaching experience
- Language proficiency in Hindi and English
