About the Role:
Bharat Dialogues is seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Manager to join our Media Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by selling event sponsorships, branding opportunities, brand strategy and PR solutions, personal branding solutions, advertorials, corporate AVs, and documentaries. This role also involves contributing to internal brand strategy, public relations (PR), and advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential clients for media sales opportunities.
• Pitch and sell event sponsorships, branding packages, advertorials, corporate AVs, and documentaries.
• Develop customized proposals to meet clients’ branding and communication objectives.
2. Brand Strategy & Advertising:
• Collaborate with clients to develop brand strategies and advertising solutions that align with their goals.
• Identify creative ways to position brands through PR, branding campaigns, and media activations.
3. Content Development & Communication:
• Work with internal teams to develop compelling content for clients, including advertorials, corporate videos, and promotional materials.
• Develop and execute bulk email campaigns to generate leads and foster client engagement.
4. Design & Presentation:
• Create visually appealing presentations on PowerPoint and Canva to showcase media offerings.
• Ensure professional-quality design and content in all client-facing materials.
5. Market Research & Networking:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and media partners.
6. Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to ensure sustainable partnerships.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in media sales, advertising, or PR roles.
• Strong network within media platforms, advertising agencies, and corporate clients (preferred).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and bulk email campaign tools.
• Excellent content writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of brand strategy, PR, and advertising trends.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
