This role entails extensive engagement on improving the quality of educational processes and practices within schools across a district, through capacity-building of teachers, head teachers, resource persons and education functionaries
The Focus of this Role will be
- Improving the quality of educational processes and practices through capacity-building for teachers, head teachers, resource persons and education functionaries.
- Designing and facilitating creative approaches to teaching and learning through their chosen subject
- Building networks of like-minded teachers and head teachers working in the same subject area
Eligibility
- Graduation with a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience OR postgraduation with a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience
- Candidates with relevant on-field experience in the social sector may also apply
- Willingness to travel within the district/state
- Language proficiency in Hindi and English

Since we work primarily with government rural schools, potential employees should be willing to reside and work in remote locations across the states we work in - Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.
