Job Description
We are looking for bright enthusiastic people with experience in the Development Sector for various opportunities in our Livelihood Initiative based in the rural areas of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Resource Person in our Livelihood Initiative, you will:
- Be part of our operating teams in one our mentioned geographies and work across thematic areas identified by the team.
- Support the Livelihood Initiative as part of our Field Institutes by creating capacities and taking ownership of field teams engaged in the region.
- Plan, visualise, prioritise, innovate, and manage the end-to-end implementation of our livelihood programmes in the specified geography.
- Support the district leaders in integrating the livelihood operations at the sub-district/district level.
- Track quality and progress of the programmes vis-a-vis planning, mobilising programme finance when required, coordinate stakeholders’ engagement and contribute to problem-solving as and when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience in the development sector or a Master’s degree with 3 years of work experience in development Sector.
- Fluent in Hindi, English. Local language will be an added advantage.
- In exceptional cases, candidates who are not from ‘development Sector’ but are interested to learn and contribute to livelihoods work in central tribal belt can also be considered.
