GRAAM (Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement) is a non-profit public policy research and advocacy organization based in Bengaluru, India. The organization works towards advocating policy change based on empirical evidence and research with grassroots perspectives to ensure sustained development at the grassroots level. GRAAM aims to enrich the interaction between the community, the state, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Group Lead / Sr Research Fellow at GRAAM in Bengaluru. The role involves leading research projects, managing a team of researchers, conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, preparing reports, and advocating for policy change based on research findings. The Research Group Lead will also collaborate with stakeholders from diverse sectors to promote evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- Research Methodology, Data Analysis, and Report Writing skills.
- Experience in leading research projects and managing research teams.
- Strong understanding of public policy issues and advocacy strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
- Experience working with grassroots communities is a plus.
