We are looking for a Consumer Insights professional to be part of our esteemed Organization Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create an effective Quantitative research strategy.
- Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth.
- Cultivate strong & effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients.
- Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.
- Should be responsible for Team Management & Development.
- To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects .
- Maintain a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition.
- To participate in organization level strategic activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Builds on the company role as a thought leader in the data driven innovative products and services .
- Oversee Branding and Reputation Management of the Organization.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
The essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties.
- Proven leadership in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG Sector.
- Should have demonstrated Thought leadership in FMCG Sector
- Good Analytical Skills & Problem solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum qualification/s required:
MBA or any Equivalent.
Experience Required (in yrs):
12-15 years of prior Market Research Experience with well-known organizations handling the FMCG clientele.
