Roles and Responsibilities
- Dissemination of Phase 1 Research: Share findings from the Climate Norms Survey to stakeholders and the public.
- Integration into ABCD Platform: Lead the integration of behavioral science into the Atlas of Behavioral Change Development (ABCD) platform.
- Coordination and Fundraising: Coordinate roundtable discussions, fundraising events, and grant writing for climate and behavioral sciences.
- Research Development: Support the development of experimental design protocols and conduct literature reviews.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Master's degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in an analytical or research role.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with statistical analysis software (R or Stata), programming online surveys, and familiarity with randomized controlled trials/clinical trials/quasi-experiments.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write and present research findings articulately.
- Soft Skills: Excellent management and organizational skills, strong quantitative skills, conversational-level skills in regional languages, and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Details of Engagement
- Duration: One year, with the possibility of extension.
- Location: Based in New Delhi, currently working remotely.
- Work Days: Full-time from Monday to Friday.
