We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate with a strong foundation in Economics and a solid background in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The ideal candidate should be adept at empirical research and possess a deep understanding of policy-related issues. This critical role will contribute to shaping our research and policy direction, with a focus on key areas such as education, health, philanthropy, discrimination, human rights, democracy, and development.

Desired Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Economics or related field will be given preference.
  • At least 1 year of research experience. Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as generating original insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and logical presentation.
  • A demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses, contributing to various deliverables.
  • Assist in proposal creation and associated preparations.
  • Engage in primary analytical research and secondary analysis of academic and policy literature. Independently or collaboratively draft policy briefs, research notes, and reports.
  • Manage organizational social media handles. Contribute to communication, outreach, and training resource development. Collaborate closely with academics, practitioners, and government officials to analyze insights.
