Join Our Research Team for an Exciting ICSSR Project!
We seek passionate and qualified candidates to join our research team for a project funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). This project focuses on studying the intergenerational transmission of indigenous occupational skills in Western Rajasthan and aims to provide valuable insights into cultural sustainability and socio-economic mobility in the region.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in a Social Science discipline (minimum 55% marks)
- NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. qualification
- At least 2 years of research experience in a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fieldwork and data collection in Western Rajasthan, including interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and contribute to publications and policy briefs.
- Report writing
Duration: 3 to 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
Remuneration: Competitive and as per ICSSR norms.
