This role will be reporting to APAC marketing communications leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the global & APAC MarCom manager with implementation of an overarching marcom strategy in the Pacific Region to build customer loyalty and attract new customer leads.
- Plan, execute & evaluate regional marcom event participation, promoting company’s brand, products & services.
- Generate promotional materials including customer narratives, promotional collaterals as well as local media & advertising opportunities for continued brand awareness.
- Develop and manage digital marcom campaigns via website, SEO/SEM, email, social medias.
- Handle internal communications with a focus on employee engagement and positive work culture.
- Source and manage local vendors, purchase orders and stay within the given budgetary control.
- Provide support to regional commercial & marketing teams, including polishing customer letters, speeches & presentations, developing graphic designs as needed.
- Leverage communication to amplify branding opportunities and social impact in the region, while demonstrating the ability to mitigate potential crisis communications.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B marcom space.
- Strong written and verbal communications capability in English to create compelling content in local environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Pacific Region market, culture, and communication nuances.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating B2B MarCom events.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing including email marketing, social media and new digital tools.
- Experience of handling internal communications as well as multifunctional collaboration
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently under tight timelines and well organize multiple tasks at the same time.
