iVolunteer is a social enterprise that promotes volunteering with the mission to bring volunteers and organizations together to share time, skills, and passion to promote India’s social development. iVolunteer is India’s first and largest volunteering organization, with a pan-India presence through iVolunteer Centres in 7 major cities of India.
Role & Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
To manage the team and operations of the Northern region, while maintaining and generating new relationships with key stakeholders - Corporations, NGOs, and institutions.
• To align with the organization’s goal and work towards achieving the common goal
• To build strategies for maintaining current collaboration and renewal of agreements.
• Responsible for revenue generation through BD & Fundraising activities.
• To work towards generating new partnerships with potential corporations in the region.
• To develop interactive proposals and budgets for upcoming projects.
• To lead and manage key corporate volunteering projects with support from the team
• To supervise the team in maintaining
NGO partnership:
• Scope volunteer requirements with non-profits, and provide them with solutions through suitable volunteers
• To create and constantly maintain a database of active volunteers, conduct volunteer orientation sessions, volunteering activities, and other promotional activities aimed at increased volunteer registrations, recognition of
volunteering, and brand building with all the stakeholders.
• To maintain proper documentation and filing systems (paper & electronic) required to ensure documents are in order and updated.
• To strengthen brand positioning through various on-ground, networking and partnerships and assisting communication campaigns.
To proactively carry out additional duties and responsibilities from time to time, assist with other communication material and initiatives such as whiteboard, and ensure quality deliverables.
Authorities Delegated to this Role
- To manage relationships with corporate partners and
community partners. - To develop a communication strategy for reporting and
documentation.
Essential Qualification
● Essential: Graduate from any stream
● Preferred: Management, MSW, or equivalent degree
Desired Experience
● 7+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in
corporate volunteering
● Prior experience in Design thinking, planning & execution
● Knowledge and understanding of CSR & Employee
Volunteering.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be competitive and will depend upon the candidate’s experience level.
