About The Quantum Hub (TQH) Consulting
The Quantum Hub (TQH) was founded in 2017 with the aim of supporting businesses, development organisations and policymakers with complex public policy problems in India. TQH is based out of New Delhi and operates at the intersection of public policy research and communications.
Our bouquet of services and expertise are curated to support clients through the entire life cycle of policy formulation and implementation. This assists them in keeping track of developments, pre-emptively developing well-formed policy positions, and executing communications, partnerships and advocacy strategies. TQH’s multi-disciplinary team comprises people who have studied at top schools from India and abroad, and the team boasts rich experience working across various government and political offices.
Description of TQH’s Current and Previous Engagements
By design, TQH is a multisectoral firm with diverse projects in technology, telecom, energy policy, gender inclusion, and social sector policies. We work extensively on issues of data protection and privacy, intermediary liability, digital competition, AI regulation, digital public infrastructure, as well as regulation of new business models in fintech and telecom. We lead policy assignments for several tech majors and collaborate with industry bodies like NASSCOM, IAMAI, BIF, and IEIC.
TQH also supports policies that empower women in partnership with the World Bank, UN Women, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, IWWAGE, and the Udaiti Foundation. We address issues of accessibility and disability rights, financial inclusion and circularity.
Additionally, we enhance research-based civic engagement and participatory governance by assisting offices of Members of Parliament, Members of State Legislatures, Government Ministries and institutions with research and advocacy on legislative and policy issues through our policy learning arm Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC).
Role Description
As part of the policy team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Undertaking policy research and analysis to assist clients in formulating evidence-backed positions on crucial policy interventions within their sectors, while supporting development of advocacy strategies and their execution
- Socializing policy solutions by writing opinion pieces, creating knowledge products and working closely with civil society organisations as well as the media
- Working on in-house research projects to build and showcase thought leadership on key policy issues under consideration by the government, especially in sectors that are dynamically evolving
- Furthering the cause of civic engagement and participatory governance by supporting public policy research and learning through YLAC programs
Qualifications Required
- Degree from a reputed university in economics/ law / public policy/ political science/ related fields or experience in policy research/ policy communications/ journalism/ advocacy
- 1-2 years of work experience (Associate), 2-4 years of work experience (Analyst), 4-6 years of work experience (Senior Analyst)
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to present information in a structured and insightful manner
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong desire to learn new skills

Location: Lajpat Nagar III, New Delhi with sporadic travel to other cities
