Job Summary:
Join the Ambuja Foundation as a Project Officer and play a key role in women empowerment, rural development and community engagement. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of community mobilization, social development, and institution building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project work plans related to community development initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to report writing, creating summaries, tables, and exhibits to support project goals.
- Ensure smooth communication with community members and stakeholders.
- Mobilize communities to participate in project activities, focusing on forming Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and other village institutions.
- Plan and organize workshops and training sessions to build local capacity.
