Job Description:
Profile: A dynamic and proactive professional with broad experience in HEOR, either in a pharmaceuticals company or in a consulting/vendor organization. Should have demonstrated the ability to offer advanced business solutions in the Health Economics and Outcomes Research domain. Strong business & client orientation.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any relevant field including economics, health economics, engineering or statistics.
Typical Experience ~4-8 years, in one or more of
- Pharmacoeconomic modeling: Cost-effectiveness, Cost-benefit, Cost-minimization, Budget impact etc.
- HTA preparation and/or submission.
- Comparative effectiveness.
- Pricing, reimbursement and market access.
Skill and Expertise:
- The ability to provide integrated value driven insights, solutions and strategic guidance.
- Project management skills.
- Structure proposals.
- Excellent, communication skills-both written and verbal to engage in discussions with clients, both prior to receiving and during execution of a project.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding global team environment, work under tight deadlines.
- Expertise in varied therapeutic areas.
