Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Program Manager to join our team as we work in partnership with various corporate clients to implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects. The Program Manager will be working closely with corporate clients and our internal operations team to drive meaningful social & environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
· Understand and align with the CSR objectives and expectations of client.
Project Planning & Execution:
· Collaborate with corporate clients to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
· Oversee the end-to-end execution of CSR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Work closely with internal operations teams to allocate resources and ensure project success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Identify & engage relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to support project goals.
· Foster partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance project impact.
Budget & Resource Management:
· Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective project implementation.
· Allocate and optimize resources to meet project goals and deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation:
· Prepare regular reports and updates for corporate clients, highlighting project progress, achievements, & challenges.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Risk Management:
· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
· Proactively address challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualification & Experience :
· Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree in business administration or project management is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related role, preferably in the CSR or nonprofit sector.
· Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
· Familiarity with CSR principles and best practices (desirable)
· Passion for corporate social responsibility and social impact initiatives.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
