Women First Jobs are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Project Execution:
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation.
Project Monitoring and Control:
- Track project performance using advanced tools and techniques.
- Measure performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification techniques.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks effectively.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, adhering to company standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
