Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee our impactful social projects. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the social sector, project management expertise, and a strong drive for creating positive change.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop strategies for mitigation.
Performance Tracking: Track performance, identify improvements, and make necessary adjustments.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to timelines.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and donor requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in project management, social sciences, or MSW.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in the social sector.
Skills: Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for social impact.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Background in specific areas such as education, healthcare, or poverty alleviation.
Certifications: Project management certifications.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising.
