ISEG Foundation, an impact consulting non-profit focused on large scale impact across employment generation and net zero transition, is looking to hire exceptional talent as Project Leaders.
ISEG Foundation is an “action tank” in addition to a “think tank”. ISEG measures its impact through “making things happen”. ISEG’s goal is to facilitate creation of 10 million jobs and support 10 states in their net zero transition journey. ISEG plans to work with state governments, central government, multilateral institutions, foundations or large corporates interested in scalable impact.
ISEG is supported and funded by several eminent stakeholders: one of the leading global consulting organisations, one of the best business schools, a leading international foundation, 4-5 eminent Indian foundations.

Job Profile
At ISEG, Project Leaders lead high-performing teams to identify, strategize and implement potential solutions for the complex developmental challenges in India. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders including key government officials and other stakeholders (experts, private sector stakeholders etc.).
You will lead the day-to-day execution of one or multiple project(s), while guiding and developing individual team members. You will collaborate with the relevant government / private stakeholders and assume ownership of the overall project and its deliverables. You will have the opportunity to build on your leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true followership.
Project work at ISEG generally includes formulating and testing hypotheses, gathering and analyzing information, and developing recommendations for implementation by the respective government agencies. ISEG will support the relevant government agencies in the implementation phase based on the project requirements.
Project Leaders will also receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from ISEG partners and other senior leaders.

Skills and qualifications
- Passionate and purpose driven
- Master's Degree with excellent academic record from leading academic Institutes
- 6-8 years of relevant “tier 1” organization experience (consulting experience will be preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
- Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Location
Base location is Delhi/Gurgaon or Mumbai with frequent travel to client sites
