About the Position:
BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of CSR projects in the districts of Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to social responsibility.
Responsibilities:
a) Project Planning and Development:
- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
b) Project Implementation:
- Manage the implementation of projects across various districts in Uttar Pradesh.
- Ensure all project activities are executed as per the plan.
c) Timeline Monitoring:
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
d) Communication Facilitation:
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
e) Documentation Management:
- Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project plans.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
f) Resource Management:
- Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resource availability and allocation.
g) Risk Management:
- Monitor and report on risk management activities at the local level.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
h) Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Team Management:
- Handle team performance monitoring, ensuring that trainers are meeting their goals and delivering high-quality training.
- Address and resolve any team queries or concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the CSR domain.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to social responsibility and community development.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Willingness to engage in extensive travel.
- Willingness to change base location temporarily as per project requirements in Uttar Pradesh
