Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of coordinator for coordination and management for a project active in Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The candidate must have proved track record in field operation management and partners implemented project impacting the stream of Women’s livelihood involving SHG formation and strengthening, women’s entrepreneurship and support extension to access financial and other entitlement, providing support to women to start their business and establishing linkage with local & external market by adopting innovative ways of building partnership with buyers and business chain
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of field operations and facilitation of project activities and events including community and SHG meetings and stake holders engagement and training sessions
- Project activities are rolled out effectively and deliverables are achieved as per the approved plan and strategy
- Assessment of inputs and outcomes and impact through agreed tools and report generation and sharing learnings with management
- Report writing and documentation of carried out plan based on interventions in the form of periodic reports, case stories and timely submission
- Collating and sharing programmatic highlight and work progression within organisational internal platforms
- Data preparation and digitization of community processes including meetings, women’s group formation and members details etc.
- Working closely with field mobilization team/member and co-programm team active in other location
- Developing visit plan and undertaking community visits and meetings with stakeholders including financial institutions, livelihood mission, local community organisation and ecosystem players for success of the program
- Facilitating support to the women group and members in getting financial and other related service necessary for sustaining their business plan and growth
- Working in close coordination with field team and organisation and compliance of administrative process like material requisition, expense summary and bills submission
- Periodic budgeting of activities and fund utilization tracking and proposing modification
- Delivering tasks and performance report submission within timeline of any task assigned by line of reporting
Education and Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Sociology or Social Work or other related discipline
- Experience: Minimum five years post qualification working experience in the relevant domain
- Skills: Strong communication, networking to build collaborative partnership and ability to negotiate with stakeholder

Depending upon experience and qualification.
