Key Initiatives
- Teacher Education Program: Strengthening pre-service and in-service teacher training in private B.Ed institutes, DIETs, and district-level institutions.
- Data Analytics Support Program: Encouraging data-driven decision-making in public education.
- Community Empowerment Program: Engaging parents and communities in their children's education.
EdIndia operates across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Tripura, Uttarakhand, and Arunachal Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the State Head to manage teacher capacity-building programs.
- Provide on-site academic support to teachers in government schools and colleges.
- Support faculty in teacher education institutes (TEIs) to mentor student teachers.
- Organize events and competitions to enhance learning and life skills.
- Develop and execute M&E measures, track participation, and provide academic support.
- Engage with teachers and faculty on digital platforms, ensuring data tracking.
- Collaborate with district and block education officials for project alignment.
- Regularly update monitoring tables, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Assist in content development for educators and community members.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, teacher training, and vendor coordination.
Key Qualifications
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Ability to innovate and optimize program delivery.
- Excellent collaborative and decision-making skills.
- Strong facilitation, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, data documentation, and technology.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Research-oriented mindset with content development experience.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Development/Education or related field.
- Experience working with Government schools.
- Subject knowledge in Maths, Science, or English at the elementary level.
- Experience leveraging technology in education.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the education sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools.
