About the Organization

Aide et Action (India) is a development organization, registered in India as a Not-for-Profit entity under Sec 25/8 of Indian Companies Act 1956, working in the field of education. We at Aide et Action, work with the vision of ‘Changing the world through education’. Our mission is to ensure access to quality education for the most vulnerable and marginalised populations, especially children, so they can take charge of their own development and contribute to a more peaceful and sustainable world. 

Our programs are managed through Offices in Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad & Patna.  In line with the emerging needs of our organization, we now seek to fill in the following positions.

Job Profile

In the designated position, the incumbent will be responsible for:

Organizational Image Building: Represent the organisation in the processes of Networking, media relations, identification of partners, meetings with external stake holders, campaigning & event management, stake holders’ relationship building. 

Programme Development and Management: Support the programme in terms of negotiation, planning, designing, implementation, monitoring, review, appraisal, budgets, fund management, resource management, documentation, fund raising, networking, partnership, identifying new opportunities, communication, public relations.  

Sponsorship Management: Support the project team in adhering to all Sponsorship compliances; Highlight the value added by sponsorship in the learning process among children, Use sponsorship communication as a tool for continuous project monitoring.

Financial management: Support the annual budget process in the region in terms of inputs about the projects, Anchor the CoO process in the projects, Compliance of audit observations in respect of projects.

Human Resource Development: Team building, Project staff Recruitment, Selection, Appointments, Induction, Capacity Building, Training, Performance Appraisals, Exit Interviews, Grievance Resolution, Approval of leave of project staff and dissemination.

Job Characteristics:
Organization and domain knowledge Communication, Interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, mobility, time-management, observation, documentation, innovation, public relation, basic finance and account, computing, local language, negotiating and leadership skills.

Candidate Specification

Compensation Range:

Monthly gross of INR 39,000 to 46000 (commensurate with competencies, qualification & experience)
