Manjhi
About the organization
Women can create a world where everyone leads safer, healthier, happier lives. Therefore, we are dedicated to creating programs that provide women with the skills, resources, and opportunities to pursue their dreams and enhance feminist leadership at the grassroots level. We achieve this through a twofold model.
- Manjhi Fellowship: This 12-month full-time paid fellowship program aims to identify and empower women and young girls who desire to lead positive change in their communities and design their unique path to financial independence.
- Kashti Capacity-Building Program: The second approach is a holistic learning & development program for the groundforce (community mobilisers & field workers - the frontline workers of social change), forming the backbone of every successful and deep community-based social intervention. It is a year-long experiential training designed and delivered in partnership with community-based.
