Job Summary:

The Tribal TB Initiative, launched on 26th March 2021, is a first-of-its-kind initiative that brings together several stakeholders with diverse capabilities to tackle the multi-dimensional issues specific to TB, prevalent among the tribal areas and communities. It includes collaboration between donors, governments and partners to strengthen primary health care service delivery from a system’s perspective, building a strong technology & information backbone, and providing support to the health workforce in the tribal areas.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Govern the communication processes.
  • Manage complete communication plans for THC.
  • Support public relations and media relations initiatives
  • Developing of marketing strategies for the organization.
  • Developing and Implementing communication strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Conceptualize and reinvent core Communication policies for agile, decentralized decision-making
  • Crafting impactful marketing and campaign strategies to captivate audiences.
  • Conceptualize and implement solutions for effective management.
  • Collaborate with CXOs to conceptualize interventions for evolving organization strategy
  • Influence ecosystem as a thought leader in communication for social sector organizations
  • Onboard partners to develop innovative tools/frameworks/systems/ technology

  • Facilitating conversations for visioning/ learning with senior leaders
  • Designing and implementing a well-developed change management toolbox

Desirable Experience

  • 10+ years of experience required in communications.
  • Detailed knowledge of communication background
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem solving and evaluative skills.
