Job Summary:
The Tribal TB Initiative, launched on 26th March 2021, is a first-of-its-kind initiative that brings together several stakeholders with diverse capabilities to tackle the multi-dimensional issues specific to TB, prevalent among the tribal areas and communities. It includes collaboration between donors, governments and partners to strengthen primary health care service delivery from a system’s perspective, building a strong technology & information backbone, and providing support to the health workforce in the tribal areas.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Govern the communication processes.
- Manage complete communication plans for THC.
- Support public relations and media relations initiatives
- Developing of marketing strategies for the organization.
- Developing and Implementing communication strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Conceptualize and reinvent core Communication policies for agile, decentralized decision-making
- Crafting impactful marketing and campaign strategies to captivate audiences.
- Conceptualize and implement solutions for effective management.
- Collaborate with CXOs to conceptualize interventions for evolving organization strategy
- Influence ecosystem as a thought leader in communication for social sector organizations
- Onboard partners to develop innovative tools/frameworks/systems/ technology

Desirable Experience
- 10+ years of experience required in communications.
- Detailed knowledge of communication background
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem solving and evaluative skills.
