Designation: Program Director – ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission)
Location: Patna (Bihar) preferred but open for flexible/ remote locations also
Experience: Experience in consulting / Government Advisory with 3+ year exposure to digital health developments and overall experience of 12-18 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the face of ABDM products to drive the agenda of digitization of healthcare across multiple states & at the national level.
• Shape strategy of product, be part of org level brainstorming; create action plans, help team to align both to national and organizational priorities.
• Liaising and engaging with stakeholders such as the NHA and state mission offices. Assist team in coordinating with stakeholders such as healthcare facilities, associations, professionals, digital solution companies, and other parties in the ecosystem to ensure that field teams are enabled to with up-to-date and accurate information
• Guide and direct the team to have clarity on the roadmap and individual roles and gain ownership among respective work areas.
• Build use cases, create visibility for product ideas, create scalable proposals that can be funded by donors/ sponsors
• Working closely with communication and research partners to sharpen the product articulation internally and externally.
• Systematically monitor progress, document and distill insights, and report on both to the team and other key stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in engineering is preferred though any other related graduation can be considered. MBA or master's in public health, Analytics, Public Policy/Administration, Medico (BDS) with Digital health experience
• Experience in consulting / Government Advisory with 3+ years of exposure to digital health developments. Overall experience of 12-18 years
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of MS Office
• Collaborate with, influence, and facilitate engagements with multiple stakeholders and higher Government officials

• Communicate effectively, written and oral (Hindi knowledge is useful); excellent presentation skills; synthesize and articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways

Travel:
This role will require 50% travel (Local and outstation) and need based visits to state health society, health department, district govt office locations for meetings, implementations and for meetings with team members.
