Aarohan NGO, a Delhi-based organisation I have had the opportunity to work with as part of my remit at SVP India's Delhi Chapter, is seeking a committed and resourceful Program Director to work with its visionary Founder, Rani Patel, and the entire team, to bring alive its vision of a better world for all children growing up on the margins.
Based in hashtag#Delhi, the hashtag#ProgramDirector will lead operational excellence and spearhead the scaling up of the organisation.
In my view, the role has (at least) three unique advantages, that may resonate with those looking for hashtag#leadership roles in the child rights thematic area:
☀️First, many in the hashtag#development sector miss the 'touch and feel' of working with children and other community members directly. This is a grounds-up organisation where you will get a chance to work directly with children and teachers.
☀️Second, the Founder, Raniji, is an award-winning non-profit leader who has build a life around creating better opportunities for children. This position gives you the chance of working directly with her.
