About the Opportunity
DC is looking for a Program Coordinator to lead the implementation of TeenBook Jams in colleges across India. This role involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating workshops where students brainstorm and co-create engaging Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) content.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Execution:
- Plan and execute TeenBook Jams in multiple colleges.
- Collaborate with college administration, student groups, and faculty for event approvals.
- Organize structured brainstorming and content ideation sessions.
- Ensure events align with TeenBook’s objectives and foster inclusive discussions on CSE topics.
Facilitation & Engagement:
- Conduct interactive sessions introducing students to CSE content and discussions.
- Guide students in ideation, storyboarding, and digital content creation.
- Encourage student-led, innovative storytelling.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
- Build relationships with colleges, student clubs, and youth organizations.
- Coordinate with guest speakers, mentors, and content experts.
- Work with the communications team to promote TeenBook Jams.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback from sessions.
- Document key takeaways, participant contributions, and innovative ideas.
- Provide impact reports to the Project Lead/Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Media Studies, Gender Studies, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, youth engagement, or facilitation.
- Strong understanding of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and adolescent empowerment.
- Experience in hackathons, creative workshops, or co-design sessions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events, travel when required, and work independently.
- Proficiency in digital tools for event management, reporting, and content sharing.
- Strong networking skills with academic institutions.

Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 (based on experience)
