About ThinkZone:
ThinkZone empowers parents and educators to develop foundational skills of children by leveraging accessible tech solutions and community-led interventions. Our mobile app is a one-stop solution to help educators in developing pedagogy and 21st-century skills. We also support at-home learning for children by assisting parents with simple tech tools. Academic researchers and independent evaluations have validated that our work has resulted in learning gains among children along with improved educators’ skill sets and parental engagement.
Preferred Candidate(s) Profile:
The ideal candidate(s) should have an interest in early-grade education and educational content development. They should have strong research skills, proficiency in designing tools(Canva, Adobe Suite etc.), and excellent communication skills in Odia(non-negotiable) and English. Familiarity with early years teaching methods, pedagogical practices, and a passion for child-centred, play-based learning would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government and private stakeholders to facilitate ThinkZone programs.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits, establishing a good rapport with stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
- Program Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of on-the-ground program activities.
Remuneration:
Annual CTC ranging from ₹280,930 - ₹423,195 based on skills and previous relevant working experience.
