Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our NGO, Sachet Foundation, as a Program Coordinator. Our mission is to empower underprivileged youth by addressing the challenges they face in slums, orphanages, rural, and tribal areas. As a Coordinator, your primary role will be to manage and implement our programs, focusing on career guidance, skill development, and social integration. You will work closely with volunteers, trainers, and local communities to create a positive impact in the lives of adolescents transitioning out of Child Care Institutions (CCIs) and orphanages.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local communities, orphanages, and educational institutions to implement programs for youth.
- Oversee the execution of Sachet Foundation’s four-stage intervention approach, focusing on emotional empowerment, career exploration, skill development, and workforce integration.
- Provide personalized career counseling and guidance to adolescents, helping them navigate their future career paths.
- Use our proprietary software to track program progress and monitor outcomes in real-time.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and field visits that expose youth to different career opportunities.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through continuous data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Facilitate social navigation training, including social skills and workplace readiness for youth entering the workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in program coordination or working in the social sector, especially with youth or vulnerable populations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a passion for social work.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by youth transitioning from CCIs or orphanages.
- Proficiency in basic software tools like MS Office, G-Suite, and Notion with experience in data-driven monitoring and reporting.
