NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are deeply committed to mobilizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth. As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far. These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.
Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.
About The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a one-of-its-kind program that provides women entrepreneurs with a holistic approach to enable them to grow and scale their businesses. The program in the last cohorts has impacted hundreds of women entrepreneurs across the country by providing them with relevant education and mentorship to grow and scale their ventures. These entrepreneurs represent all the major industries including apparel and design, e-commerce, retail, education, F&B, information technology, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and media to name a few. The program has an alumni base of 2800+ women strong and growing.What you will be doing
- Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities
- Support internal team and program partners to complete all program milestones successfully
- Coordinate with stakeholders of the program to build a sustainable relationship
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys
- Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs
- Responsible for budget allocation, payment process, and maintaining the payment records.
- Support in the development and implementation of program plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Responsible for curating and coordinating the program events which includes: interaction with internal and external stakeholder.
- Interest in taking up work associated with above and beyond the scope of program
- Build and manage program activities and program budget
- Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs
- Always ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners
- Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objective
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the startup ecosystem
- A bachelor's degree in any field from a reputed institute
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute to overall program implementation
- Strong program execution discipline and mindset to work in synergy
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work cross-functionally over and above 10K program
- Any experience with startup or any other startup incubator/accelerator will be a plus
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership.
