A family foundation engaged in philanthropic activities in the areas of education, health, and women's empowerment is looking to expand its team. The foundation invites interested and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Program Associate based in Mumbai.
Job Summary:
The Program Associate plays a crucial role in the outreach and creating awareness of the foundation's educational program. This position is responsible for conducting research, planning outreach activities, connecting with government officials, (traveling, connecting, and meeting beneficiaries & contact persons all over Maharashtra), and providing logistical support to ensure the efficient execution of the foundation's philanthropic initiative.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's/master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, social sciences, development studies).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well conversant in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mastery in Excel
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in the education sector in Maharashtra is preferred.
Experience working in a non-profit organization or philanthropic foundation is an advantage.
