Antarang Foundation

Since 2013, Antarang Foundation has been one of the leading voices in bringing
employability and career development into the mainstream education narrative. We believe that education which does not lead to social and economic progress is incomplete – and hence employability and aspirational careers need to be accessible to all young adults across the socioeconomic spectrum.

Antarang Foundation builds key employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students on career choice, trains them in core employability skills, and connects them to employment opportunities of their choice.

About the Role

Managers at Antarang go beyond just operations - they are responsible for shaping the vision, culture and values of the vertical. Managers at Antarang move beyond their verticals/scope of operations and start thinking of how the vertical aligns to larger organizational goals.

The Manager - Sustainability and State Partnerships is responsible for shaping and delivering the vision of young adults productively engaged in careers of choice. They do so by influencing different stakeholders responsible to lead to this vision especially the Government systems, NGOs and Educational Institutes who work with young people, the industry, the education systems and the youth themselves.

As a Manager, the biggest shift is from looking at work and completion of goals from one's own lens to also being responsible for goal achievement as a vertical overall and the work of team members who report to the Manager and identify systems to support team members along the way.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Establish & Manage Key Relationships
