About the Organisation

MASH Project Foundation is a social enterprise awarded the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Goalkeepers Global Goals award. We help nonprofits, philanthropies, and companies scale their impact through strategic media communications and community-building initiatives, building the social impact ecosystem across all Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Over the years, MASH Impact has engaged over a million lives to become changemakers for SDGs. It has created a vast community of stakeholders to work together via SDG-17 (partnerships for global goals) on strengthening the ecosystem for advocacy, social innovation & entrepreneurship.

Roles and Responsibilities

MASH Impact is seeking a highly motivated Manager - Communications to join our team and help drive our mission forward. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for non-profit work and a strong track record of managing people and programs. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for social media, digital platforms, and communication materials, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • As a key representative of MASH Impact, you will engage directly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with our communications strategies.
  • Manage and guide a team of associates in executing communication and content strategies across various platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including media outlets, partners, and clients, ensuring effective communication of our mission.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and refine strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Oversee budget management for communication programs and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Represent MASH at events and client meetings, providing updates on program impact and outcomes.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of communications and content experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • A degree in Communications or a related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting, with a solid understanding of financial management principles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community

Location

The candidate will be required to work from our Gurugram office on a hybrid basis.
