About the organisation
MASH Impact is an award-winning social enterprise that works to strengthen the ecosystem for young social change-makers in India. The organisation works with national & international non-profit organisations, youth changemakers, the private sector & governments in three critical areas:
- Community & Capacity Building Programs for Youth Changemakers
- Impact Incubation & Social Enterprise Development Programs
- Advocacy and Ecosystem Building for Youth Entrepreneurship & SDGs
Over the years, MASH Impact has engaged over half a million youth in India to become changemakers for SDGs. It has created a vast community of stakeholders to work together via SDG-17 (partnerships for global goals) on strengthening the ecosystem for advocacy, social innovation & entrepreneurship.
Roles & Responsibilities
MASH is seeking a highly motivated Manager - Communications & Content Programs to join our team and help drive our mission forward. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for non-profit work and a strong track record of managing people and programs.
- Lead and oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for social media, digital platforms, and communication materials, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- As a key representative of MASH Impact, you will engage directly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with our communications strategies.
- Manage and guide a team of associates in executing communication and content strategies across various platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including media outlets, partners, and government agencies.
- Analyze campaign performance data and refine strategies to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of communications and content experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- A degree in Communications or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting, with a solid understanding of financial management principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
