As a key member of a versatile and driven team, you will collaborate with global partners to scale initiatives. Your role includes leading innovative outreach programs while coordinating closely with internal teams and international leaders.
About the Team
The International Projects team aims to:
- Drive innovation in the global assistive solutions ecosystem.
- Support the Indian disability sector through strategic global partnerships.
Current & Emerging Projects:
- DISH (Disability Innovative Solutions Hub): AI platform for assistive solutions.
- Discovery Awards: Global competition recognizing grassroots innovators.
- Scaling Solutions Program: Mentoring 3 innovative organizations to scale globally.
- Start-up Mentoring Program: Guiding Indian start-ups on sustainability and global exposure.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a 6-month project roadmap.
- Organize and manage international events with team support.
- Facilitate collaboration between international partners and internal teams.
- Co-create and curate emerging projects related to the team’s goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Interests and Skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Skilled in concept note development.
- Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
- Capable of engaging external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally.
- Basic proficiency in:
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Content writing for social media
- Awareness of India’s cultural and language diversity and its global context.
