Key Responsibilities:
a. Teaching and Classroom Excellence:
- Establish and maintain an exemplary classroom that serves as a model for other educators.
- Develop and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the educational standards and vision of Anubhuti.
b. Coaching and Mentorship:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions for local teachers to improve instructional practices.
- Serve as a mentor and guide for newly hired and less experienced teachers, offering feedback and support.
c. Hiring and Onboarding of Local Teachers:
- Participate in and design the recruitment and selection of local teachers.
- Develop and implement a structured onboarding process to integrate new teachers into the school's culture and teaching standards.
d. Classroom Observations:
- Conduct regular observations in local teachers' classrooms to monitor instructional effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to enhance teaching quality and student engagement.
e. Affiliation and Documentation Management:
- Handle all necessary documentation and compliance requirements to maintain school and program affiliations.
- Ensure records are meticulously maintained and meet both NGO and government standards.
f. Building Partnerships:
- Collaborate with local teachers and partners to strengthen community ties and expand educational resources.
- Facilitate partnerships that support the professional development of teachers and enhance the educational experience for students.
B. What you'll learn-
Knowledge:
Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the subject(s) being taught.
Pedagogy: Understanding of effective teaching methods and strategies.
Curriculum: Familiarity with the school's curriculum standards and the ability to align lesson plans accordingly.
Child Development: Knowledge of students' cognitive, emotional, and social development stages.
Education Technology: Proficiency in using educational technology and software to enhance learning.
Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi) to convey information effectively to students and parents. English is a must as you’ll be interacting with outside the country.
Classroom Management: Ability to create a conducive learning environment and manage student behavior.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and materials to meet students' needs.
Assessment: Skill in designing fair and practical examinations to evaluate student progress.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges in the classroom and find solutions to support student learning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community engagement and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary:
5 Lakh to 6 Lakh/ Annum
