JSW Foundation Fellowship - a social leadership program for young Indians aspiring to understand development challenges in rural India and bring change. JSW Foundation Fellowship has been conceptualised and is being implemented by iVolunteer in partnership with JSW Foundation.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and implement Training Program
• Plan, design, and organize the Fellows’ trainings
• Be responsible for faculty identification, onboarding, training support &
evaluation
• Compile training materials, handbook, reference & reading material
• Measure and evaluate the Fellow’s engagement during & after the traning
program
• Manage training-related costs and logistics
• Develop reports and documents related to the training and development
of Fellows
Evaluation of Fellow’s learnings & extending support to them
• Design & execute the process to assess the learning needs of the Fellows
• Collect feedback from the Fellows and Partner organization on the
effectiveness of the training program
• Conduct field visits and stakeholder interaction to assess Fellows’ progress
& identify learning gaps
• Mentor, design & support Fellow specific personal development program
Assessments & Selection of Fellows
• Review & refine (if required) the existing Fellow’s assessment process for
the selection of the Fellows using various tools
• Screen and shortlist Fellow applications
• Plan, coordinate & conduct selection assessments as per the process
• Manage assessment-related costs and logistics
Other responsibilities
• Support matching of selected Fellows to appropriate Field areas and
Projects
• Conduct onboarding and orientation of stakeholders like Fellow’s on-site
managers, project partners, mentors, and experts
• Communicate and engage with fellows and other stakeholders on a
regular basis
• Support various teams in marketing, and communication of the program
as and when required
• Review blogs from the Fellows and Fellowship team
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Postgraduation in any stream with multi-disciplinary experience
Prior Experience
Candidate should be passionate about social change with at least 7 years
of work experience with at least 3 working on social development.
• Candidates who have any of the following experience would be at an
added advantage:
I. Successfully completed a well-recognized Fellows program (at least
1 year full-time) in India, or
II. 2 - 3 years of experience as part of the core management team of
such a program, or
III. Experience in programs targeting youth, livelihood, and/or
entrepreneurship for rural development

Management of cohort-style programs

• Excellent Analytical skills
Any other specification
• The role requires frequent travel within India
• Experience in writing including own blogs/articles & documentation would be
an added advantage
