MASH is an award-winning impact enterprise that is building a global ecosystem for social & climate impact. We work with multiple stakeholders across different Sustainable Development Goals including corporates, CSOs, Governments, policymakers, philanthropies, media houses, and more.

Over the years, MASH Impact has engaged over half a million youth in India to become changemakers for SDGs. It has created a vast community of stakeholders to work together via SDG-17 (partnerships for global goals) on strengthening the ecosystem for advocacy, social innovation & entrepreneurship.

Roles & Responsibilities

● HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring all HR activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

● Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

● Learning & Development: Design and implement learning journeys, including learning and development programs and culture-building activities, to foster team growth and engagement.

● Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Develop and manage initiatives that promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

● Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Management: Maintain and manage systems for attendance, leaves, and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

● Cross-Functional Support: Assist other program and functional teams as needed, taking on additional duties that may arise or be assigned.

Requirements:

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, recruitment, and learning & development.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in HR management software and tools.

● Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
